This network is for High Potentials (High Flyers), Outperformers who want to become one, managers, supporters (example HR) and service providers for High Potentials. It fills a vacuum as this is a very new field of leadership development. Still lots of experience, knowledge and skills are missing on how to best develop high potentials and ensure they grow well in their companies.
