THR82_EN_Col63 SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Academy – Unit 16 Overview and Practice Questions

The focus in unit 16 was on Custom Sections and Fields Configuration. The questions now refer to the new SAP Learning Course SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Academy based on the THR82_EN_Col63 handbook

In total I have come up with 15 practice questions. In this post I will list 10 questions below.

  1. What XML Element to use for a custom section?
  2. What is the XML sub element for custom section?
  3. How many different field types can be used?
  4. Can you add custom fields to other sections (Goals, Compensation, etc.)?
  5. Which elements must be defined for each custom field?

How I passed the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Q3 2016 Delta Exam

I went to the SAP Learning Hub into the Compensation Learning Room. In the Certification section I launched the Delta Course.

The course with the code E-Learning THR86D_EN_Col63 (rev.1 11/08/2016) consists of a pdf file and the learning hub exam.

For the pdf file I created again some learning questions before I went to take the Delta Assessment Exam.

On Friday, November 18th I took the assessment test and passed after my first attempt. It seems you can take the assessment several times to reach the 100%.

It took me less than 30 minutes to go through the delta course and pass the test.
